I have been involved with natural complementary health solutions for quite some time now; I actually started my holistic health journey with Aromatherapy back in the 90's thanks to an Aromatherapist friend I did a short introduction course with.
As a result, I then went on to study for a diploma in Aromatherapy Massage before studying Nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
