Welcome to my page.

A little bit about me..

When I'm not working with clients or studying natural healthcare I love to walk and ride my bike over the North Yorkshire Moors, or in some of the beautiful Forestry we are blessed with in this part of the World.

​

Endurance sport has always been my passion, starting with Cross County running at school, Cross Country Skiing during a sabbatical in Scandinavia and eventually Marathon running before 'retiring' to two wheels to save my joints!

​

I am a huge advocate of the benefits of breathwork, grounding, sauna and cold water therapy.. Great for hormonal balance, cardiovascular health, the immune system and mental health.

 

During a period of intense stress my health and food choices suffered, and consequently so did my health. I can vouch first hand for the power or reconnecting with nature to restore balance and good health.

I love food!

We really do need to get back to  cooking from scratch:
Good honest unprocessed food without growth hormones, trans fats, added sugars or pesticides.

I love to cook and prepare delicious food for friends, whether that's entertaining a few friends for dinner, or catering for 20 at a Wellness Retreat, I love to see happy faces, clean plates and listen to all the 'nom nom' noises coming from happy guests!
 

Making the right choices for health starts with education which is sadly lacking in modern society which is why I decided to offer cookery lessons tailored to individual needs.

 

It is my mission to help educate and empower individuals to reclaim the divine right of vibrant health
